🍕 Still on that quest for a decent keto pizza crust 🍕 That may not exist! I picked up these @mikeys crusts from @sprouts. I love that the ingredients are natural and it’s only 5 net carbs for half a pizza. They are actually pretty tasty but sometimes too spongy. When I reheat the other half, I’m gonna try to crisp it up a bit in a pan. Keto Pizza Crust! I have now bought my first bag of psyllium husk powder so now I’m prepared to try all these vegan Keto bagels and breads recipes! This one was found on theketodietapp.com under “thin crust pizza”. The recipe is also used to make tortillas if you roll it out thin! The whole recipe is 15 net carbs! You could split into 3 larger pizzas or up to 6 mini’s!
I baked the crusts for 10 minutes @ 400, then added toppings and baked another 10. Tonight we went with sauce, cheez, yellow peppers, tufurkey kielbasa sausage, and green olives. We used a bit of Follow Your Heart Parmesan and my daughters has Daiya mozzarella as well!

Pizza made with chicken crust! About 6 net carbs in the entire pizza. I found several recipes on YouTube, and just used different elements to create my own. Normally I would have added lots of toppings, but I've never made this before, so I wanted to make sure it worked first. It did! 🍕
10 oz of canned chunk chicken🍗
1 oz parmesan cheese🧀
Pasta or pizza sauce🍝
Preheat oven to 500
Mix chicken, parmesan and egg in a bowl.
Put mixture on cooking sheet. Put parchment paper or clear wrap on mixture, and flatten with hands or roller to desired shape.
Cook at 500 for 10 minutes. Cooking time may vary depending on how thick you make your crust.
Take crust out of oven, and apply toppings
Put back in for approximately 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
