Last year I was in a Fitness Funk. I had no energy, no motivation and I was just bored of the meal prep/Tupperware life.
I couldn’t workout much because I was nursing my son and the more I worked out the more my supply would decrease... I ate pretty healthy during the week but let it all go on weekends. Then over the holidays I over indulged.
In the fall of 2017 I started dabbling in intermittent fasting and a Keto lifestyle.
On January 7th 2018 I had enough. I was not happy with the shape of my body (mostly my midsection - it’s my trouble area) at all and I was determined to do something about it. I was done with indulging from the holidays and ready to get into the best shape of my life physically and mentally.
So I became extremely Keto and IF (intermittent fasting) focused 5-6 days a week and 1-2 days I would have a “cheat” meal but not over indulge.
For the first 2 weeks I didn’t see many changes or feel very different. I was about to give up on the Pruvit products but I decided to give it a solid month and I’m glad I did. The scale started dropping almost every day and my clothes started to fit better!
Not only was I experiencing physical changes but mental ones too! Before drinking the Max I used to want to take naps daily. But now, I have never had so much mentally clarity, energy and motivation. I feel like my overall well being has improved! Thank you Brittiney Landis for your guidance and your programs and introducing me to @justpruvit . I’m so happy with this lifestyle change. I truly enjoy the foods I’m eating in the Keto plan and don’t even feel deprived of carbs!

I feel like I have to clear some things up about this drink right here. 💅🏼 This drink does NOT workout for me, eat healthy for me or knock cake out of my hands for me 😂 I'm pretty sure that doesn't exist but if it did -- it might be referred to as a 'quick fix'. I - using my own free will - choose to wake up everyday, move my body in some capacity, and nourish myself w wholesome foods. However, what this drink has done for me is provide me with a baseline that supports all the above. 🙌
It helps give me energy to complete my workouts even when I don't 'feel' like doing ish that day.
It helps me curb my appetite so I'm not craving sugary / carby junk

Just completed my first ever #60hr#fast using #ketoos and #bonebroth Started Saturday night at 9pm finishing today at 9am. It was an interesting challenge to reset the body after letting a bit of excessive sugar creep back in. I felt hungry around the 10am And 3pm marks both days - but nothing excessive. Extremely proud that I didn’t cheat and when push come to shove 2days not eating wasn’t that bad at all. Dare you to try! What to do with 2hrs of baby nap time? #keto baking of course! Just a few of my fav things; chocolate, PB and bacon... I mean #whynot ? I modified the recipe from @ketodelivered. I didn’t have lard so I used 1tbsp of bacon fat and 3 tbsp of coconut oil. When it comes to bacon more is more for me. 🤤Swipe for ingredients.

Well damn. Since November I've been in a spiraling free fall. I've talked a good game about jumping back on and I do good for a few days before I let it all go to shit again. There are no excuses or no one to blame but myself. I even struggle to post about my failures because I'm intimated by a few in the keto community that have reached success and are now very judgmental. Mostly it is my fear of letting everyone down. I'm posting this for everyone that has ever failed, that struggle and are trying to fight they're way out of a rough patch. Don't give up, Don't feel bad or let anyone make you feel bad, and if you ever find yourself on the other side of the coin, be kind, be supportive and remember where you started and all your struggles. I've come to realize that we're not all the same, our bodies, our backgrounds, our struggles. The way we handle stress or how our bodies react to certain foods. As for me , I'm going back to basics, back to square 1. Starting all over again sucks but it's better than just giving up. Let's do this!
Let's chat.. I was thinking this morning, after seeing a friends post, about how far I have come mentally in my weight loss and fitness journey. I have been eating a ketogenic diet for 9 months now. That is nuts. I feel like I️ have finally found something I️ can stick with and actually love. I think the reason I failed so many times before when it comes to my weight loss efforts is because I was so focused on being perfect. Then I would feel deprived and it would start the whole cycle over again. I also was always trying to do it for other people. I wanted to get fit for my kids, lose weight for my hubby, or for an event, etc. But the minute I turned that around in my mind and made it about ME, that is when I saw the most change. Now, I TRULY want this for myself. I want to feel good about myself no matter what I am wearing or what I am doing. I want to be healthy for myself. For once. Not with an end date. Because this journey to health will never end for me. Not with a special occasion, but just because I deserve to feel freaking amazing.
For me, this is a lifestyle; not something I can quit when I reach the end or lose my 100 pounds. (which has been my goal for 2 years now) My journey isn't going to end, there will always be something I am trying to work on.
Think about your goals. Think about WHY you want to lose weight. I encourage you to write it down and focus on reasons that are all about you and no one else. Once you do, I truly believe you will find the success you want and deserve.
You are worth it.

Here's the deal. I did not begin my keto journey to lose weight. I needed to, yes, but that was NOT my primary focus. The pic on the left was me feeling the absolute worst. I was dealing with a some health issues that caused me to be in constant pain, completely exhausted, moody/cranky and had caused me to gain weight despite eating "healthy" and working out. I felt AWFUL most days. ⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️
After having tests run, doctors appointments, conversations and research, I discovered ketones and all of the incredible health benefits. In an effort to feel and be BETTER, I starting drinking Keto//OS and making some changes in the way I ate and learned how to biohack my body into ketosis. Not another fad diet I couldn’t maintain, no counting or weighing food. WOW! I eat when I’m hungry and don’t have crashes throughout the day. I never knew I could feel so good.
