@proteinbreadco pancakes have grown on me, I wasn’t a fan when I first started having them, but my tastebuds have changed so much and now we really love them!! We added some vanilla bean paste and a little stevia.

My week one weigh in and I am down 6.4 kgs :) I know that everyone usually looses alot of water weight etc at the beginning but it is still very motivating to see the scales drop so much in just 7 days still eating food I have really loved !
Clean-out-the-fridge Salad! Egg whites (baby got the yolks #momlife ), bacon, pecans, kraut, tomatoes. "Dressing" is a dollop of #primalkitchen mayo, Everything-but-the-Bagel seasoning, and a splash of apple cider vinegar. Happy Saturday!
THIS FEELS LIKE CHEATING! But you know what?? It's not! I finally tried the new 'keto' bun by @theburgerspriest (not an ad) and it was YUMMY. For me, its not something I'd eat everyday but a nice treat once in a while. It has more of a multi-grain look to it but tastes like a white bun! It was great! Highly recommended!
Bold city burger (crispy jalapeños, cheese, bacon), added a fried egg, and avocado as my side. I forgot to ask for it without the bun, so I took it off and put it on an extra plate. Things are tricky when you’ve always had a bad relationship with food, so I ended up asking my husband to move the plate to the other side of our table, and our friends helped us continue to move it down. I felt so much temptation from a bun! It sucks, but I’m thankful for a supportive husband and friends.
