Finally ordered a pack of @cutdacarb flat bread and I'm so glad I did!
I made some taco meat and put that and some cheddar jack in the wraps and then, after brushing them with some avocado oil, baked them until they were good and crispy!
Next time I would have some avocado on the side with the sour cream. These reminded me of a burrito my mom used to love at Taco Bell that just had meat and cheese in them.
I won't keep these in the house continually because I don't want to eat them too much. They're so good I can see how people would be tempted to use them all the time. I'm gonna limit myself to 2 per week, max.
Half a wrap is perfect, carb-wise, if that will serve the recipe you're using it for; but 9 grams net (for an entire 12" wrap) is a lot if you're not *really* watching your other carbs. And since I've been doing lazy keto and not counting macros for the last month or so I'm a little leary of over carbing with these.
These wraps are delicious and def worth purchasing if you can handle the wheat. Just don't overdo it and eat them every day!
