Started Tuesday off with a kick! A kick in the ass that is..... omg that was hard. Haven’t been doing a whole lot of kickboxing lately, mainly boxing.... so today just about killed me. I took these “before” pictures 1 year prior to my surgery on 9/17. It was the beginning of another failed diet attempt. I wasn’t even at my largest here. I was about 271lbs. Today in the same outfit I’m 223lbs. I can’t believe how loose the pants and top are. I remember this outfit being SO damn tight it made by stomach hurt because the pants were digging in so tight! My boobs used to overflow this top and choke me out. Today it’s too big. Happy day!!

Honestly this was the main reason I started this Instagram. Posting your failures and successes is hard. It is hard to be open and vulnerable. But knowing you may have helped one person not give up is all worth it!

Day 51 : My body is no longer on a Strike! But my scale is still annoying! 1-4 in order of what it told me my weight is for the morning. 😑 But I’m super happy the weights are below 300 with the exception of the 1st step on the scale! 😁 So I’ll take it! ✊🏼
Post spin got me hunnnngggrrryyy so eating breakfast for the first time in months. Made a quick scramble with 2 turkey pepperoni, mushrooms, onion, 3 eggs and a sprinkle of cheddar. Topped with some pico and franks.
