Jesus referred to the story of the prophets Elijah and Elisha. When Elisha was called to follow the prophet Elijah, he left everything behind and immediately moved on.
Life Application: Keep going to the direction of your calling and stop looking behind. Your past is gone and is no longer part of your future for a reason. The way to go is forward.
There's a reason why protein powders are called supplements. They shouldn't be a main source of protein in your diet. Whenever and wherever possible, you should depend upon food sources like chicken, lean meat, fish, and eggs for protein. Other great sources of protein that are easy to grab on the go are yogurt and cottage cheese (great source of casein protein). I get almost 100% of protein each day from food sources (not powders or bars). I only rely on powders and bars when I'm on the go and there aren't other options available❗️❕
Creating habits that will benefit your overall health is what’ll help you in the long run. Progress may stall occasionally but that doesn’t mean you should call it quits! The time will pass anyway, trust the process and educate yourself on what works best for you.
Been struggling with gut health and it is frustrating but I’m gonna worry about the things I can control and let time do it’s thing. Trial I made myself for this week: eliminate dairy, eating healthy fats (not an avocado fan but I’m oddly becoming one!) and eating my veggies steamed rather than raw to help with better digestion, controlling my fiber and sugar intake, also lots of greens and micronutrients, as well as lots of water!! 🌱
Just keep swimming 🐠🐠🐠
Sometimes life is like balancing on a bicycle.
If you don't keep moving you will fall off.
To keep balanced put things into place so the handy when you go off track.
I love doing exercise, having lots of quiet time, sitting on the root of my favourite tree, withdrawing and reading a good book. Writing in my soul for place and tapping.
These are some of the ways that keep me on my bike.
Love to hear what you do to get new ideas.
