DAY 1- Operation Destroy Sinus Infection!
My sinus infection has informed me that it is very happy and comfortable right where it is and has no intentions of leaving anytime soon, so I will need to bring out the big guns! And I don't mean antibiotics.
I have been on every antibiotic known to man and I already know how it works, not only will the infection come back stronger but my body will suffer (candida) so I'm Going Back to Basics! 30 days of juicing, bone broth, salads, vegetables, nuts, seeds, protein ( grass-fed beef wild caught fish) no brains, no Dairy, no refined sugar. Then we'll see what the sinus infection has to say :-) I'll be posting all my meals and for some reason this breakfast brought Hate by someone on Facebook so I want to thank all of you for your support as Instagram seems to be a more supportive forum. Haters need to be ignored and shouldn't judge what some people have to do to regain their health.
Happy Monday!! Here it is a long weekend 🤗🤗 lucky me! But I still have work to do. So best way to start my engine is with something green and clean this morning. I made a delicious avocado smoothie by blending avocado, almond milk, some flax and chia seeds and cinnamon.

Day 15 ~ Thyroid Rehab Challenge. Felt called to add apple and ginger to my juice this morning. Yesterday was very overstimulating. But I'm glad I spent time with my family. Movie theatres are a tough place for someone with neurological fatigue. It's been 3 to 4 years since I've been in a movie theatre. I'm much better than I was then. And yesterday was a good experience to know that I am better but not best yet. Feeling really positive. Forward movement is happening. What I've learned through this process is to have more patience and to trust myself. These two things give me great faith. I talk to angels I talk to ancestors. I'm grateful for guidance. And anything I can do to help to create a better healthier or thriving community on earth with wisdom and love and peace I'll do it because it feeds my soul. It brings solace to my heart. I'm doing whatever I can to help. Right now what that looks like is me helping me and sharing with you. Of course I have guides in this world too. So I'm sharing what is helping me by far the most. That's medical medium protocols. That's a number of other protocols or 'rituals' I have or do in a day too. So when my body hurts from overstimulation I'll just carry on with juicing staying is grounded as possible gentle with myself. I do Emotion Code Therapy on myself as well. I use the tools I've found along the way on this healing journey. Every aspect of ourselves is healing. It's a full lifestyle change for so many of us it's taken me 20 years to get here. I know I have been praying and trusting God for babies for years now, but just because it hasn’t happened yet doesn’t mean I should stop eating healthy. Day 1 of 7!! When your on the road so much there’s never anything good to eat, so I figured while I’m at home resting I’ll start juicing and eat cleaner that’s way I don’t feel so bad in the road and I’ll have so much more energy too. You can sprinkle the little pomegranate seeds on a variety of foods — on salads, hummus, guacamole, or even on top of a stir-fry you’ve just cooked.
Here is a SAVORY recipe for Pomegranate Bark:

10 ounces bittersweet chocolate chips (at least 60 percent cacao)
1⁄4 cup coconut oil
1⁄4 cup maple syrup
2 cups pomegranate seeds
Stir the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a saucepan over low heat until the mixture is melted and combined. Add the maple syrup. Spread an even layer of melted chocolate on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Press the pomegranate seeds firmly into the chocolate layer. Place in the freezer and allow to set for at least 30 minutes.
Break apart and enjoy!

We all know that eating the rainbow, each color of fruits and vegetables adds different nutrients that are beneficial to our bodies. This has been one of my goals this month, to really work on being present.
So often we try to do everything & more, be it because of the compliments received on "how much we've done in our lives" or the idea that we have to reach a certain point in our life ASAP.
But what I'm finding is that the more time we spend in the present, the more peace we find and strangely, the more accomplished we feel 🤷🏾♀️
