Sometimes we may decide to skip exercising but we never compromise on food. Our shopping is mainly at the store peripheral areas and always with amazing quality product.
A few weeks ago we started preparing weekly meal plan which usually covers Sunday to Thursday. As we both work far from home and it takes us 1-1.5 hours to commute each way, we want to know what we are cooking and have the ingredients.
Tonight we made something completely new - vegetables cacciatore. It looks and tastes delicious 😋. We threw the kitchen sink in it. Haha :D Wondering what the recipe is? Here we go: onions (red, green, yellow), carrots, red pepper, celery (sticks and root), parsnip, tomatoes, green peas, cashews, sesame seeds, cappers, salt, pepper, paprika, tomato sauce and paste, hoison garlic sauce, teriyaki sauce, turmeric, cooking white wine all to taste. And of course ... Love 💘 and chef juice a.k.a. #jlohrwine#cacciatore#vegan#homemade#firsttime#vegetarian#vegetables#delicious#yummy#dinner#jlorh#wine#cooking#rice#love#JoeAnnsKitchen#ChefJoe#freshproduce#tasty 😋 #mealplan#experiment#create#MuseAnna#cookingtogether
One of the best things about living in San Francisco? Weekend wine tasting trips with best friends. ⠀
We jetted down to Paso Robles to meet up with our friend Heather and stayed in a little house right in the center of the @jlohrwines vineyard. Absolutely stunning, especially during our sunset walk through the vineyard.⠀
Life is sweeter when you share it with beautiful souls like these!
