🎵NPG Ahdio Show # 2:
📌This edition contains one unique version of a previously-released track, Pop Life (Live), which is not available elsewhere. Silicon and Rowdy Mac were previously-unreleased at the time, but were released elsewhere later (see their individual entries for details). Two songs are included for which it is unknown if Prince was involved - one short track labeled 1, 2 below (the label comes from track's only lyrics)...
📌While specific recording dates are not known, basic tracking took place between May-July 1994, at Paisley Park Studios in Chanhassen, Minnesota, Guillaume Tell, Paris, France or Record Plant, Hollywood, California. The track was included as the fourth track (third song) on a 13 October 1994 configuration of The Gold Experience. In a mid-July 1995, interview with Uptown Magazine, Mayte stated that Prince had "changed the music" on We March for the final release.
📌Although specific recording dates are not known, the track was a reworked version of the track Anna Waiting, for which basic tracking took place in December 1988 at Paisley Park Studios in Chanhassen, Minnesota (at around the same time Prince was approached about writing songs for the Batman movie).
📌Basic tracks were recorded on 16 March 1994 at Paisley Park Studios (hours before premiering studio versions of Hate U, Billy Jack Bitch, Now, Days Of Wild and a remix of Pope at a party at Glam Slam in Minneapolis, Minnesota), five days after delivering the original configuration of the Come album to Warner Bros. Although credited to Prince (along with the rest of the album, which was recorded prior to the name change), Letitgo was recorded eight months after Prince began using the name O(+>.

I. Am. Cracking. Up. 😂😂😂 FB memories popped up yesterday with pictures from the SVCC from two years ago... and it’s keeping me honest. There I am in all these photos with these awesome comic book leggings that the lil Sis got for me years ago. The [very] same leggings that were my faithful sidekick, in my latest fashion adventure last week. With all of the rain, I’ve been wrapping my hair almost every day. On Friday, I was looking for a particular scarf and came across these colorful leggings in a drawer and was like... “Didn’t I see a YouTube video once, with a lady who used leggings as a hair wrap?!” 🤔 So I pulled them out and was like... LETS DO THIS!! Surprisingly, it was relatively simple once I figured it out... I didn’t even look up the video. And all day long people were like “I Love your scarf!!”😂💖 I never confessed... but at the end of my day I went to see my chiropractor (ain’t missing an appointment again) and I pulled it off so she could massage my head 🙌🏽😬 But I was like... “wait, here’s the thing” and then I unraveled them off my head. And We just laughed and laughed. 😂💖😂 But last night when I got home from yoga class, and saw this photo of me and my sexy Browncoats... it was like the Universe’s way of saying I HAD to share. Because this is why I LOVE the “internet’s”. You will always learn something cool and useful... even IF you don’t realize you are retaining information. And now, I’ve just doubled my fashion potential!! 🙌🏽😂 BEE Amazing People! The only thing stopping you... is your own imagination! Also... a well adjusted sense of humor is essential and coordinates with everything. For instance, since Friday I keep thinking about the word “asshat”... and I can’t stop laughing. 😂🙌🏽😝 Side note: When I met Nathan, he said he liked my hair. (Curly Girls Unite!) ✊🏾 Ha! Wait until they get a load of me... now! #JackNicholson#JokerFace#OoopOoop#FroHawk#GeekGirl#ColorMeOlivia#NaturalHair#OliviaColorGoddess#BrowncoatsUnite#NathanFillion#AlanTudyk#SVCC#PaintChipHealing#TheMoreYouKnow#TheAccidentalMentor#TheBedrockUnicorn#ComicBook#Leggings#BeeAmazingToYoSelf#HairScarf#TheIncredibleTrueJourney#SelfCare

"I know we're all pretty small in the big scheme of things, and I suppose the most you can hope for is to make some kind of difference, but what kind of difference have I made? What in the world is better because of me?" #aboutschmidt#jacknicholson#hopedavis#dermotmulroney#kathybates
𝒜𝒸𝓉𝒾𝓃𝑔 -“It’s funny to me when sooo many people aaask me what it’s like to be an actor. To me it isn’t much different than for lack of better words being a normal person. The ahh... the most /exciting/ part is watching the movie I was just apart of, with all of the other nooormal people or whatever but, that’s a highly favored opinion believe it or not that most actors, or actresses have.“ -
“To me being in actor is having the.. the ability to stand out from the crowd and get paid to do it you know. With each role that I play I do my best to get under the folds of each one so that I can understaaand them on a psychological level even spiritual if that’s the case. You need to embody your own work, you know freak yourself out a little, because if you don’t you aren’t doing your job. It’s really an all around experience not only physically behind the cameras and crazy makeup but a ahh... a journey into an entire different body. I consider myself lucky in a sense because I have the ability to do that... and other people that I work with around me can sense that. Some even feel that way about themselves... Ahhh once I got a call from a coworker, we were reading through a script about.. God what was it called. It was a movie about a pandemic or something and they said they woke up the next morning and felt so sick they couldn’t come in, and soon everybody felt that way. It just /amazes/ me.“-
“I was never that interested in acting at first. It wasn’t something I took seriously though I enjoyed it as a hobby. In high school I was on the drama board and took part in everything involving stage work. Back in where I lived not a lot of kids had the aspirations of acting because ahhh... Everyone wanted to be a mechanic or a professional sports player or advertiser. You don’t just jump out in the middle of the football field and go ‘I want to be an actor.’ When I was 17 I moved in with my sister and took a job as an animator in MGM stuuuudios in Hollywood for the cartoons. That’s when I was completely awestruck in the magic that is movie making and decided it was something I wanted to do for the rest of my life I think. More or less, give or take a few years.”[cic]
