I was a little naughty and braved the gym scales given I skipped group this week I thought it was wise to know what damage I had done. I believe I was 62kg before going so 4lb gain for me, so 4lb out of range. Not the nicest number to see as I was right at the top of target before flying out on Monday but at least I know where I stand. Plenty of exercise (writing while walking on the treadmill) and lots of speed for the rest of the week. I’m not going to go for SP as I want to cut dairy out and it’s so hard to do without quark and cottage cheese. Day 12: Running errands, squeezing fun family time in between and finding yummy clean meals while on the go and ending the day sharing why we love Arbonne so much! Today was crazy but wonderful! Did I mention I’m down 6 pounds?!? 🤗🙌🏻🙏🏻 its the cherry on top of my other amazing results... Mental clarity, clearer skin, and bye bye bloat! Healthy always feels better. 💚🙌🏻
We're traveling tomorrow/Sunday, so we made a run out to @traderjoes tonight. Now we'll be totally prepared to meal prep for the week when we get home!
