This workout is designed to help you build up to your fastest run...
✅ 6x 200m at 5k pace with 60 seconds of recovery after each interval, followed by 1 minute mountain climber with 60 seconds of recovery afterward.
✅ 4x 300m at 1k pace with 1:30 seconds of recovery after each interval and 1 minute plank followed by another 1:30 seconds recovery.
✅ 2x 400m at 5k pace with 2:00 minutes of recovery after each interval and 1 minute burpee, followed by another 2:00 minutes of recovery.
✅ 1x 800m at your Best pace.

Here is a simple one. An easy, « do it at home » exercise to help release the shoulders strains. Hold a towel with both hands. While resisting, pull your shoulders towards the floor. Then slowly back to the starting position and repeat. Have fun 🤙.
