If you have pain or tightness in your lower back or hamstrings with bending forward or backward - try this out! This can work much better than just stretching your “tight” hamstrings.
It’s great for those who have tightness with bending to lift, including with squats and deadlifts. Also this helps those with back pain when pressing weight overhead and who are limited with bending backwards.
