Aloha, Sunday's have been all Metal, all day/night long for awhile now, so it's time for a cool deal! Wear your concert t and get 15% of your drinks, food half-off! Forgot your t, no deal then, next time. Music is Loud, so no whining allowed. Come hang with HOWIE and bs about Metal and more.
But St. Patrick's Day was just last night, 'I can't go out again' that's for amateurs, grow a pair and we don't drink green beer, we drink RUM!! As always, Lemmy is God and Up the Irons, Mahalo #rum#rumbar#motorhead#legitaf#springtexas#ironmaidens#metal#metalrules#howiestiki

Below is a little write up I’ve done on building muscle in relation the the exercises you are doing 🧠👇🏻
—> I’ve found a great way to build muscle while maintaining a good level of conditioning is super-setting compound exercises with isolated exercises. Compound exercises engage more than one joint and several muscle groups, while isolated generally only hit one joint and target a single muscle group (but usually still work several as it is darn near impossible to only actually engage one muscle.) I am a firm believer that compound exercises are more efficient than isolated. I see lots of women go into the gym and spend way too much time on the quadriceps extension, hamstring curl, calf raises, doing bicep curls, triceps curls etc. These are great exercises but should be superset with something else in my opinion, or properly mixed into a compound training regime. Compound exercises build more mass and quicker, work more muscle groups, burn more calories (during and post lift), and allow you to lift heavier weight. They also help you cut your gym time down because you are working more than one muscle group. I have read articles that some trainers don’t even believe in isolated exercises, and I do disagree. I believe they do have a place in a training regime to target muscles that you’d like to specifically build or strengthen. For example if you are doing a lot of standard squats (back squats) these largely target your quadriceps, also hamstrings and glutes if done a certain way. (To target glutes more, use bands!) Because they target your quadriceps so much, I always recommend doing hamstring curls in a training program to balance out your muscles.
Don’t be afraid of the squat rack or to do deadlifts! These are the exercises that will take your body to the next level, and will also turn you into a better athlete. #NaturalAthlete#WBFFPro#Gymshark#Gymsharkwomen
