#tbt and squat motivation for tomorrow heavy squats by best double in wraps with 455. I remember doing the first and thinking that was easy! The second rep wasn’t planned and I think I died a little... point is you can do whatever you set your body to. Stay motivated my friends.
A few clips from yesterday's leg festivities, we performed as many reps as possible in 30 seconds with 315 and did this for two rounds. Followed by that we went into a weighted split squat superset with Romanian Deadlift and performed that for three rounds. It goes without saying that I wanted to throw up afterward but it was fun!😊

Here I’m doing seated hammer curls to finish off my biceps for the day! Notice how I keep my shoulders back and prevent any swinging of my arms to fully contract and utilize my biceps. I always tell my clients and subscribers on YouTube to think about the muscles you’re working! Getting that mind-muscle connection can make all the difference and sometimes you’ll notice you have to lower your weight once you do - which is totally okay! It isn’t about how much weight you can push, but about getting the most out of the movement. 🤗
