My plan is to finish the cut,reverse diet back to maintenance and go on a lean bulk until next year this time. When Iโ€™m bulking,I only aim to gain .5 of a pound a week. About halfway through this mornings 4am back and legs session which was kicking my ass I had a wobble and thought  screw this Iโ€™m tired and sore but you know what I didnโ€™t stop I kept going, I pushed through and it ended as a great session. The reason I didnโ€™t stop, I found my WHY, this is my reason for doing these 4am workouts, my goal and my personal target. Previously whenever I started working out/eating healthy/trying a fad diet (which there was many of) I always did it because I felt I should or someone else was telling me to, not because I wanted to. It took me a long time to find my WHY but now that I know it pushes me to keep going every single day! I would advise anyone struggle with healthy eating/exercise to really sit and think and ask yourself why you are doing this. FIND YOUR WHY!

X3 eggs
X1 banana (high carb unless sharing the pancakes)
X1 1/2 scoop protein powder
1/2 cup of almond flour

Whisk all ingredients in a bowl.
Form pancakes in a pan on low heat.
Makes approx 8 small pancakes

Todayโ€™s workout is probably my favourite. It is a total body core day, you work each different area of your body while working the abs at the same time. You also use your arms in every move to either hold you up, stabilize you or lift weights. So I have noticed a huge difference in the strength of my arms, an area that is probably my weakest is now something Iโ€™m coming to admire.

Day 15/80 Todayโ€™s workout is probably my favourite. It is a total body core day, you work each different area of your body while working the abs at the same time. You also use your arms in every move to either hold you up, stabilize you or lift weights. So I have noticed a huge difference in the strength of my arms, an area that is probably my weakest is now something Iโ€™m coming to admire.
