🌺I vostri prima e "dopo" per me significano molto. Nelle foto che mi mandano le mie ragazze leggo tanto in più di due gambe un sedere e una pancetta magari un po' gonfia. 🦄Qui per esempio vedo una prima foto tagliata, calzettoni e una maglietta tirata su e una seconda foto con una postura diversa, un sorriso accennato, un top e una posa più estroversa. 🦋 I prima e dopo per me non sono solo foto. Sono le vostre parole e le vostre sensazioni. 📝Queste sono quelle di Angela: "Allora in queste ultime due settimane e mezzo forse sono stata meno "tedesca" che le prime, perché sempre in viaggio..in ***** è stato difficile ma ce l'ho fatta. Poi il ciclo che mi invita a mangiare un mondo di cioccolato...e qualche sgarro qua e là ma non esagerato. Ma quando l'ho fatto ero consapevole. Questo ho notato: se sono tranquilla, senza esagerare, e mi concedo qualcosa di più, questo non diventa un problema. Ho imparato che anche quando sono tentata dallo sgarro, godo della bontà che posso prepararmi con alimenti non troppo grassi e preziosi.
A questo punto del programma mi sento già molto felice dei risultati e ho voglia di fare sempre meglio perché mi sento bene e non perché faccio un sacrifico enorme. Sto recuperando energia a livello performativo che, in fondo, era quello che volevo!
Ora, rassodamento basso ventre è il prossimo step ;)

Bringing that heart rate down before exploding up again BUT still SMILING... YESTERDAY was a bad day. I didn't do my morning routine or have my 24oz of water within my first hour of waking and OMG I felt horrible....just so off and eating bad. 
So the smile is to being grateful that I can start over and do better!
