I just destroyed a arms session after my reefeed day and it felt pumpazing😈💪🏼 .
I'm holding a bit of water at the moment, but I wanna hear your opinion on my conditioning and fullness at 7 weeks out.

Work in progress before the first bake for a new design golden apples. Apples mystical properties have fascinated me since a child reading Greek myth; my fascination has continued as study plant lore and traditional medicine of other cultures.
🔹️ 7 weeks out 🔹️ 78.8kg in the morning. #nofilter in this post workout update.
Haven't change the macros in 12 days, but I'm about to drop some carbs tomorrow. I'm feeling good as fuck, training is still enjoyable too. 🔹️ Currently having 2 session of 25min cardio per week and I'm gonna add 1 extra 15min this week to see how it goes.
Can't really say anything besides this.. everything is going according to the plan so far. I was looking crispy as hell during today's pull session. I love it 😈 🔹️ So: 325g carbs, 65g fat, 200g protein atm.
Training has changed a little bit as I had to decrease some volume on back days. I moved my second back day later in the week so I can recuperate better and I added shoulders instead. Anyways... I'm confident with my shoulders and they are not a focus during this prep. 🔹️ I'll try to keep progressing in the gym despite this deficit. Gonna force it as much as possible, especially on back and chest. 🔹️ The game is ON, baby!🔥 #UKBFF

Bueno gente, yo a descansar que mañana tengo tantas cosas que hacer en la casa 🏠 (lavadoras, limpiar, animales, los patios, romper unos muebles viejos, seguir desmontando la cocina , comidas...) me voy hasta ha cansar con tan solo pensar todo lo que tengo que hacer 😭😭😭. .

Here I'm with the rough no filters physique update!
Training, diet and sleep have been on point this first week and energy levels are still high(despite middle day when I feel like a zombie). I have caffeine about 2 times a week before hitting back and legs. Rather than that we're working with no stimulants at the moment as I want to keep them for the last weeks when everything will be though.
Food is gonna be similar to last week, having small changes. Upped my protein from 180 to 200g, decreased fat from 75g to 60g and carbs are roughly around 350g as I don't feel like decreasing more atm.
Training remains quite the same, but I'm playing a little bit with the volume adding a few more sets here and there .
I have a feeling that this prep is gonna be spot on, boyz 😏🔥 #UKBFF
