🥗 On our plate today is Chef Lee's signature Singapore Slaw (a delicious crunch in every bite!!). They separate the dry crunchy ingredients from the fresh vegetables so you get that crunch every time. All of the ingredients blend together perfectly. At a price of $13, you get your money's worth because the portion on this is HUGE.
♨️ We also tried the Hot Combo ($14) which includes 1 base, 1 protein, and 2 sides. The customer favorite is the Slow Braised Beef, but I opted for the Asian BBQ Chicken (#regrets , but still delicious), whole wheat stir fry noodles with sesame dressing, and chickpea stew.

Back to my old ways... it’s midnight snack time! Except now I’m older and it’s a 9 pm snack. 😆This is one of my favorite healthy desserts to make - a Carrot Cake “Batter” Yogurt Bowl. The recipe is on my blog some where like 5 years ago, but here it is again: .
🔹1 medium carrot, grated
🔸1/2 C Greek yogurt
🔹1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
🔸1/4 tsp cinnamon
🔹3-4 drops vanilla liquid stevia
🔸Enough liquid to thin it out (I use vanilla unsweetened almond milk
Stir it all together and top it as you like. Tonight I used hemp seeds, shredded unsweetened coconut, and stevia chocolate chips. I’m a happy girl right about now. .

A feast full of flavor! Olive Tapenade Chicken Thighs with Quina & Broccoli. A super easy meal guys! Hubs grilled the meat while I whipped up the sides - teamwork makes the dream work 🙌
6 free range chicken thighs
Salt and pepper
Olive tapenade (prepared from @krogerco gourmet market)
4 cups broccoli florets
1 tsp Tajin classic seasoning
1/2 cup quinoa
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp and 1 tsp grass fed butter - - - -
Heat grill, season chicken thighs with salt and pepper, grill. Meanwhile, cook quinoa per instructions and steam broccoli florets in saute pan for 6 minutes or until soft enough to pierce with a fork. Saute broccoli with 1 tbsp butter, sea salt, and 1 tsp Tajin seasoning at medium high heat for an additional 3-4 minutes. Add a tsp of butter and salt and garlic powder to quinoa. Plate chicken, broccoli, quinoa and top chicken with 2 tbsp olive tapenade

Finally tried @iceburgofficial in Preston with the wife. Lots of choices these days for good burgers, so how does Iceburg stack up? 🍔 🍟 🥤 •
The Good 👏🏻 - restaurant looks great with very modern decoration but the real surprise was how tasty the burgers were. We tried a standard cheese burger and a double cheeseburger and they were juicy and really moreish.
On the side we chose sweet potato fries 🍠 that were pretty standard but Becky loved her portion of NewYorkFries which are fries topped with cheese, tomato, spring onion and sour cream.
For drinks we both had amazing thick milkshakes that you really should try. I had the @lotusbiscoff flavour while Becky had the @reesesuk •
The Bad 👎🏻 - the service was very average with everything taking way too long to happen. The only other negative was how expensive it was. Two burgers, fries and a couple of milkshakes set us back nearly £30.
Conclusions 📝 - the food was excellent and was worth the wait but the high price point would probably put us off from going again
