Based on the law of averages, even if you "fail" ten times, you're bound to win once, and once is often enough. That one win can completely change your life, but you can only get to that win if you persevere long enough.
The moment you quit, you remove the possibility of success from your life, but for as long as you keep trying, the possibility remains alive. Keep taking massive action on your ideas and plans, and with time, things will start to fall into place.
Success is certainly not easy, and there's going to be days where you want to give up, but stick with it, because you're probably close than you think. You could be a single idea or a single attempt away from the success that changes your life!
Whenever there is some silence around you - listen to it. 👂
That means just notice it. Pay attention to it.
Listening to silence awakens the dimension of stillness within yourself, because it is only through stillness that you can be aware of silence. 🌸
See that in the moment of noticing the silence around you, you are not thinking. You are aware, but not thinking.
Still inspired from last nights “New Moon Sacred Circle” I lead at @soulhumstudios. Gonna take all those good vibes right into my 10:30am Guided Meditation class today....Where we will plant seeds of intention and lean back into the the luck of the Irish! 😉☘️ Drink your joe, then come on over and get your brain chill blessings and bliss on. ☘️ “May joy and peace surround you, contentment latch your door, and happiness be with you now and bless you evermore!” —Irish Blessing. ☘️💚 ✌🏽#newmoon#stpatricksday#meditation
hi guys! my name is yas and i‘m a 17 year old girl that has been struggling with her weight for years now. i decided to create an account to keep track of what i eat and how i behave each day in order to improve - not only physically, but mentally as well. i would actually be much more enjoyable to have people with me to change for the better, so why don’t you join me? 💘
Your dreams symbolically display the predicaments within your daily life. They derive from your subconscious which contains more info than your conscious. Dreams can therefore make you aware of that which you don't (want to) face. Parents always say to kids, write down your nightmares to make them go away. Well, they go away because when you write them down you make the subconscious conscious, and learn the lesson which the dreams were trying to teach you. You'll realize your subconscious is a great storyteller.

I took this photo last week. I had to wake up early to get a glimpse outside of my window. I never used to pay much attention to snow until I started practicing mindfulness. now, to me, it’s the most beautiful thing! it’s amazing how little we can do to change our perception. hope you’re all having a great weekend x
