For him, happiness is chasing birds at the beach. 🌊 #livelifelikehuck // Trying to be better about brushing off negativity and be more receptive of positivity & finding happiness in the little things.✨ // also last nights sunset was👌
Day 3: woke up buried underneath 4 blankets/ sleeping bags only to find out that half of the tent had collapsed and it had snowed. What an adventure that was.
Headed out to Poway for a delicious and warm breakfast (much needed)....
Then you know what came after....A HIKE! (Of course )
And I must say, San Diego’s iron mountain is a lot more pleasant than the san Gabriel’s Big Iron #sorrynotsorry
It was a beautiful trail and the views at the top... simply majestic!
One of my fav SD hikes, nice and short!
SO MUCH ROOM FOR ACTIVITIES. This is that really good feeling you get right before you drop into an untracked slope. When your biggest problem is deciding where to make your turns at 7 -something in the morning... it's gonna be a good day. #weekdaywarriors#skiutah#optoutside
Back at it! We are planning our next trip into the magic red world of Moab, Utah. We spent time there last year and are taking what we learned to plan an epic 2 week trip in March but would love some recommendations. What’s your favorite spot?
We will be boondocking on public land, spending long days kicking up dust over miles and miles of trails both in and out of the national parks. We’ve got slot canyons on our list and lesser known trails to get our dog child out and working it alongside us. We would like extra info to make the most of our trip so give us any pearls of wisdom you’re willing to part with.
The calm before the crazy storm. Contrary to this photo Jodi and I spent the day slipping and sliding across glaciers. Iceland’s weather is a little crazy. About five minutes after this picture we were pelted with hail 👍🏼🤘🏼
Did you know? Life began about 3.1 billion to 3.4 billion years ago in the sea. Land dwellers only appeared 400 million years ago, which is considered to be pretty recent in earth’s geological time line (@nasa). Photo by @thelifeofrileynz
