Napping is incredibly healthy! The only caveat I have here is that you don’t depend on it. Don’t use an afternoon nap as an excuse to under-sleep at night. Get your nighttime sleep in check, and then “supplement” with naps after. Don’t use them as ways to avoid responsibilities, either... just sayin’. I’ve seen it as a theme lately. And you’ve got too much cool shit to do besides sleeping. 😉 #AchieveYourGreatness
