I've shared my journey with you guys for a while but I feel like I haven't shared enough or haven't been as real as what I could be!
Of course we all share the 'good photos 'but don't be fooled!
A picture like this shows you NOTHING as real as what it could be, yes I may look like this but it's rare (this is a morning shot before food consumption) the lighting, the way I stand, the filters they all add up and make this photo a little better then what it originally was. I bloat very easily, I am continuously tired, Most days I struggle to get through a day without wanting a thousand nana naps (wishful thinking with kids)
I wear high waisted tights because they make me feel better about my mamma pouch that people think I don't have (I do!) it's there when I bend over, it wobbles when I move/skip/jump it's ANNOYING but it's so easy to cover up so why not 🙇♀️it's also my motivation to chase that goal I aspire to get to. It's not holding me back as much as I let it get to me, it still doesn't stop me from getting in and getting things done!
The ups, the downs, those unmotivated days, the days that you feel great (is that even a thing) 😆 what keeps me going day in day out with so much on my plate 🤷♀️ what I eat in a day, what I do for workouts, the good, the bad, the hard days it's all going to be put up for you to see & to help you realise (even though we still know but don't process it)that social media can be so unrealistic and that focusing on other people's photos isn't going to help you and your journey.

8 months of therapeutic ketones, keto eatin’ and gymin’ and I’ve never felt better 😍👏🏻
I have lost three pant sizes, a shirt size and 37 pounds since June 🙌🏻
I have stopped focusing so much on my weight at this point and I am mainly focusing on how I FEEL.
I’ve been working mostly on weight lifting in the gym for the last 6 months and I am LOVING the changes I am seeing in my body.
But also, WHERE WOULD I BE WITHOUT KETONES?! 😍🔥
Literal GAME CHANGER for me because if ketones weren’t presented to me, I honestly would probably still be plateaued and trying to figure out HOW to get myself losing weight, increasing my energy levels AND building muscle.

Day 35/80 Total Body Core ✅ This is the workout that killed me last week. It’s a lot of shoulder work which I hate!!!! I was able to use 15 pounds on these which is such an improvement from last week’s 8 pounds. #80dayobsession
Post workout snack or dessert? Kind of both. 🤷🏼♀️ My muscle recovery drink tastes like chocolate milk and I love grapes 🍇 so it's a win win for me! Trying a new brand of supplements @silverfernbrand • I can say that I notice the #digestiveenzymes working, so that’s a plus. When people say they LOVE their #probiotic , do they / you really notice? I don’t know 🤷🏻♀️• but, I can say I like the enzymes cause they truly do work on me. What are your favorites?

Day 51/365. Pic from last night's @ilyofamily Tae Kwon Do session. I've recently been given a challenge with new student who has a different fighting style than I'm used to. I got caught with a kick to the face that made my nose bleed. .
Now while it wasn't an "Enter the Dragon" fight scene, my reaction was more like White Goodman in the movie Dodgeball. Aka "Nobody makes me bleed my own blood!" LoL. So with that I plot my strategies for the comeback.
Yesterday was back/ab day...
I worked in the 15 rep range which is perfect for building muscular endurance. I need to focus on this type of training after being off for a couple weeks with illness & losing some strength. I am still recovering, & not at 💯 yet, so HIIT & heavy training aren’t ideal for me right now. I’m just taking it easy getting back into it & focusing on very slow, controlled movements that maximize TUT (time under tension) so I can build up that endurance once again.

Breakfast is served 😋 || being able to throw together a quick breakfast has been key lately. Bub has been requiring a lot of attention in the early mornings which means I don’t have time to always cook up the breakfast I want but I know it’s still super important for me to get something in me - especially when I need to keep up my milk production. -
I was so happy to find this coconut yogurt by @coyo_is_coconuts at the store this week + these raspberries are looking 💯 .
So what happened, I missed the step and landed straight down on my shin which is now bruised along with my hip. With that said still getting something in in the form of cardio of at least one mile daily through stuffy nose and coughing and all. Let’s get it. #runwithme1mile#fffccardio
