AALOO TIKKI KEBAB
Aaloo is loved by all in any form.
Tikki is one of the good snack enjoyed in fast also.
Simple tikki is made by combination of boiled potatoes, salt , black pepper,green chilly and coriander.
Here i am giving you special recipe which will change the flavour and will become more interesting.
Ingredients 💮3 medium boiled potatoes
💮1/4 cup grated paneer
💮Pinch of garam masala
💮Pinch of jeera powder
💮 Chopped coriander
💮Black pepper powder
💮1/4 spoon raw mango powder
First peel and grate potatoes and paneer add garam masala, black pepper powder, jeera powder, raw mango powder mix well.
Now in a grinder take peanuts,cashews,chopped ginger and green chilly and grind.
Now add it to mixture.
Add salt to taste and chopped coriander.
Mix well to form a nice dough.
Heat a nonstick pan drizzle some oil over it.
Apply little oil on your palms and
take a portion of dough and make ball then press little to give a shape of patty.
Place over pan and cook on medium flame .
Apply little oil on upper layer and flip when you can see the other side is little brown.
Cook till Golden brown and crisp from both sides.
Serve hot tikki with green chutney and enjoy your fasting day.
Rather then grating you can also mash potatoes. But it should be well done.
It's a quick non fried light snack.
