Our 2018 international culinary vacation will be to Poland to visit the amazing (and delicious) Christmas markets!! Our cooking classes will include preparation of various dishes traditionally served during Wigilia, Polish Christmas Eve. During our Polish Christmas baking class we'll bake the most popular Christmas cookies in Poland. Along the way, we'll be making stops at the most festive Polish markets in Warsaw, Poznan, Wroclaw, Zakopane and Krakow. Limited to 12 guests.

A little late to share 🙈, but these are the dishes I made to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day! 🍀🍀🍀 @againstallgrain’s ‘oat’meal raisin cookies. Not only are they gluten, grain and dairy free, but there is no dye involved! 👍 I subbed chocolate chips for the raisin.
@goeatyourbeets’s shepherd’s pie with mashed sweet potatoes. Used ground lamb, and it was delicious! 🐑
@wellnessmama’s bangers and mash. Subbed chicken sausage and the mash is made from cauliflower. 😋
I’ve teamed up with @dominosugar for the 2018 Easter Baker Spotlight Contest, and if you haven’t already submitted your recipe, now is the time! Visit the link in my bio for details, and know that light or dark brown sugar must be an ingredient. All entries must be submitted by March 25, 2018. Let me know you’re in! 🖐🏾
