Hasimoto oldugumdan dolayi inek sutuyle yapılan hicbir seyi tuketmiyorum. Hem rahatsiz ediyor hem de glüten gibi otoimmun hastaliklari tetikleyen gidalardan olmasi sebebiyle uzak duruyorum. Ancak ara sıra peynir ve yoğurt yemek istediğimde doğal, evde yapılmış gibi olan %100 keçi sütünden ürünleri tercih ediyorum. Bu peynir bir de üstüne şirden mayalı. Sometimes all you need is a big bowl of salad. I use avocado 🥑, pumpkin seeds, olive oil or homemade dressing not only because it makes my salads delicious, but also for it’s health significance. Healthy fats are necessary for transporting fat-soluble vitamins, glowing skin, hormone production, satiety and optimal brain function. Don’t skimp on fats!

Do you know what’s in your balls ? If you’ve watched my stories lately you’ll see my discussion of the hidden sugars in “healthy” products. While natural sugars come from healthy sources they’re still sugar! Some healthy bars / balls contain up to 14g of sugar per serving! This is why I am passionate about creating similar products but with far less sugar with only 1/2 a date per ball that’s approx 2-4g max sugar per ball! How to maximize fat into your prawn in turmeric coconut gravy or in Malaysia we call it Masak Lemak Cili Padi Udang.
Saute prawn with OLIVE OIL (pic2)
Add spicy turmeric paste (chili, garlic, onion, turmeric and turmeric leaf)
Add COCONUT MILK (pic5)
Season with pink himalayan salt.
High fat and good cholesterol, good amount of electrolytes from salt, turmeric that boost brain function.
Breakfast for dinner! 🍳🥞 Keto Pancakes made with almond and coconut flour. 3g net carbs for 4 pancakes! They're pretty small but they were more than enough. I'm getting better at making these. But still looking for a better recipe for them to be fluffier. I also finally got my @choczero Honest Syrup in Maple vanilla. Swipe left 😘 Omg it's so good! I love it! #ketobreakfast
I made a keto brownie!!! I decided to research how to cook with coconut flour today because I like the texture and taste better than almond flour. I replaced the 1.5 cups of flour with 2T of coconut flour, the sugar with erythritol and the chocolate with Sweet Williams baking chips! AND it is amazing! Check out the recipe below!
200g butter softened
1.5 cups of erythritol
1 t vanilla essence
3/4 cup cocoa powder
2 T coconut flour
1 t baking powder
200g Sweet Williams chocolate chips
Cream the butter and sweetener, add vanilla and cocoa and add one egg at a time while mixing. Mix in flour, baking powder and chocolate and bake for about 40 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius 😊
If I go somewhere and there’s a Buddha Bowl on the menu, you can almost guarantee I’ll order it. Almost.

There is so much going on in the bowl, and the flavours come together so well. It was so yum, I recreated it the next day to take for my lunches for the week.
Found at @thecolourninecafe in Stafford, and conveniently located next door to my hairdressers. Most of the time I use Instagram to find new cafes to go, but I stumbled across this place by chance and it was a blessing 🤗
It’s situated down a residential street, so it’s not easily to come by. BUT, if you don’t want to travel too far (if you live North side), want free parking, and don’t want to go into the city, I definitely recommend. Plus the coffee is amazing too 🙌🏼

Brownie de banana fit delíiiiiicia!!! Ingredientes: banana, cacau em pó, fermento e açúcar mascavo. Mistura tudo e põe no forno por 30 minutos 200 graus. Não coloquei açúcar fiz com o achocolatado gold que diz ser 0 açúcar. Ficou top! #lowcarb
