I haven't squatted above 60kg in a good few weeks, today I managed to get up to 80kg. My first rep I went down way too quick and panicked getting back up, so the next 2 I didn't go as low but controlled them a lot more.
I was going to crop out the first failed squat but I want you all to see I'm far from perfect, I don't always bang out 12reps perfectly! If this was me a few months ago I would of give up because the first one was rubbish, but I kept going and got 2 more in which were much better 🙌🏽
Having great matches is cool and all, but stuff like this is what really makes it worth it. Something as small as taking 60 seconds for a picture with someone after a show can have a positive impact for them. Declan is a regular at my shows, and told me how big a wrestling fan he is. His parents were going to put WWE stuff on his birthday cake, and he said "no, I want me and Adam." .
That's pretty cool if ya ask me.

Das Rezept habe ich von @schmale_schulter. Für mich habe ich den Tortelliniauflauf schon öfter gemacht. Gestern das erste mal für meine ganze Familie und sie waren begeistert 🤙
Einfach Tortellini kochen, Mageres Rinderhack mit Zwiebeln, Salz, Pfeffer und Knoblauch anbraten.
Rote Paprika, kleine Zucchini und Aubergine schnippeln und alles in eine Auflaufform geben. Soyacuisine hinzugeben und schlussendlich mit reichlich Käse (light) bestreuen. 15 min in den Ofen uns fertig ✌
