Ahh my smoothie recipe!! 😻 I thought it’d be fun to try to make a video with all the ingredients, and the avocado got like .5 second show cuz I messed it up🙃 but anyway.... this smoothie was so good!! I put in a tad too much kale but the taste wasn’t overbearing so I didn’t mind it 🤪 hope you guys enjoy this smoothie!! .
2️⃣heaping teaspoons of vanilla Greek yogurt
1️⃣/2️⃣ of an avocado!
1️⃣handful of kale
1️⃣scoop vanilla protein powder
Now thissss is how you make a smoothie bowl. Protein powder, frozen cauliflower, spinach, almond milk, peanut butter, hemp and flax seeds topped with @purely_elizabeth granola. I’m soo full and satisfied now!

Who knew curry could be so zesty and delicious??? I DID (but the perk is that now, you do too) 👇TRY THE RECIPE👇
*1 cup (240ml) raw coconut water or filtered water
*1 cup (240ml) Coconut Milk or full-fat canned coconut milk
*1/2 teaspoon probiotic powder (optional but recommended) *1/4 medium avocado
*1/2 teaspoon finely grated lime zest
*1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
*1/2 teaspoon yellow CURRY powder
*1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
*Pinch of Celtic sea salt
*2 cups (320g) frozen mango
*1/2 cup (14g) dandelion greens

• 1 medium banana 🍌 • 2 scoops of your favorite vanilla protein • 1/8 cup of frozen raspberries
• 1/8 cup of ice • a splash of water 💦
Celebrating the first day of spring with my favorite smoothie 😍 It has coffee, cacao almond milk, banana, almond butter and maca in it💃🏽 aka the perfect combination of foods!! (It also includes dates but I take that out) This is just as good to me as any dessert.. I know I’m weird but it makes me so happy! What’s your favorite smoothie combo?
Healthy and yummy post workout protein smoothie!
1. 1 cup almond/coconut milk
2. 1 cup water
3. Big handful of baby greens, arugula, spinach, kale
4.1 heaping scoop protein (mine is french vanilla, complete juice plus 13g)
5. 1 scoop super greens (Amazon)
6. 1 organic 🍌
7. 1 scoop select beets (Amazon)
8. Mix until smooth in blender/mixer
9. Serve and enjoy!
You can add ice if you like yours chilled but I prefer mine cool.
Fills you up!

Pro tip: If you use frozen fruits and veggies, it gives the smoothie a great thick consistency without having to use ice, which will water it down.

2 bananas; peeled; sliced
1 cup #AlmondBreeze Original
1/2 cup #FoskaOats (uncooked)
1/2 cup plain #ElleandVire Jamaica Greek Style yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch of ground nutmeg
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon maple syrup (if you'd like a sweeter smoothie)
Simply add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until smooth. Serve immediately.

Start your day in a nutritious and healthy nutritious way with this smoothie packed with fruits and veggies that create your perfect green smoothie with just FIVE ingredients. .
1/2 cup banana ( a little frozen)
1/2 cup mango chunks( a little frozen)
1/4 cup strawberry
Spinach/ ugwu( one hand full)
1/4 cup Greek yogurt (plain or unsweetened)
1 cup water( chilled water) .
Ads on : Chai seeds(optional)
1. Start with water, add all fruits, vegetables, then add the Greek yogurt all in a blender
2. Blend for about 15-20 seconds until smooth, no more pieces remaining
3. Viola, green smoothie is ready, yummy, creamy and filling(very good as breakfast)
