New Dex site! They never hurt, goes in and on quick and easy. Insert the sensor wire, snap on the transmitter, and this little puppy tells me my blood sugar every 5 minutes! So thankful for this amazing hubby of mine. For the last 2.5 years this is what every few weeks look like at our house. At first, it was weird having someone else other than myself insert it, I was super hesitant, but had full trust in him. Plus with it being on the back of my arm, doing things single handily is not easy! It’s so hard to let anyone help me with any of my sites, but figured it was ok to let my guard down and let someone help me!! Diabetics does not define me, it’s just apart of who I am. It has helped me become the person I am today. It has taught me independence, hard work, to smile even when I feel terrible, that it's ok to have bad days, that we are each fighting a battle most people know nothing about. It has taught me to look for the good in situations and to remember that it is ok to ask for help and guidance. .

What do you feel inside? Do you feel the spaciousness of prana fully exploring and expanding every cell in your body? We become more truly ourselves when we’re able to let the reins that are connected to the mind go. We become less, so we can become more. What makes you feel fully alive in the heart?
