If you choose to start receiving benefits early, the monthly payments will be reduced based on the number of months you receive benefits before you reach your full retirement age. The rate of reduction will depend on the year you were born. The maximum reduction at age 62 will be:⠀
• 25 percent for people born between 1943 and 1954⠀
• 30 percent for people born after 1959⠀
If you wait until your full retirement age, your benefits will not be reduced. And, if you should choose to delay retirement, your benefit will in- crease up to 8% a year from your full retirement age until age 70. ⠀
However, there is no additional benefit increase after you reach age 70, even if you continue to delay taking benefits.⠀
Retirement decisions are unique to everyone. Make sure you are up to date with the important information you will need to make the choice that’s right for you. Aloha!⠀
PINCH ME// So this arrived today! And I’m in love ✨Thank you to those who keep continuing to, and those just beginning to, switch to safer beauty! So grateful to be surrounded by so many supportive peeps ❤️#topsales#canada#watchgoals#pinchme
End of week 6! I'm only down a pound in the last 2 weeks but that's 9lbs total so that's motivating! I haven't been making the greatest meal choices(and drinking quite a few beers on my days off but what else is there to do in this iowa tundra)... Working out and riding bike almost everyday though and my new favorite t25 is beta rip't circuit... Its fun to change it up with weights/yoga mat (which if I'm not using, one of my dogs has to lay on and when I am down using the mat they are all up in face wondering what the hell I'm doing) lol its like working out with toddlers running around... #t25#betariptcircuit#healthyliving#results#backontrack#workoutpartners#furbabies
THE CHEESIEST SMILE AWARD GOES TO.... 🏅😂👑
Can’t believe this is five years ago today 😱😂 I’ve never considered myself as a stereotypical “pretty girl” 🤷🏻♀️ 😂 So when I got asked to compete in Miss UK International I was shocked 🤯This photo is from the first round (regional level), the girls were all so beautiful and talented that when my name got called I was in a state of shock 😱😂 Most of the girls competing were on strict exercise and diet regiments, with a lot of disordered behaviour 😔 For me there would be no crown important enough to risk my health for 👸🏻 That’s why I am so grateful for my time in pageants, for the body image I represented (and still do to this day) is one of health and happiness 😁 My core reason for this Insta page is dedicated to them girls, to show them that beauty and health isn’t about restrictive cycles of exercise and eating 😖 Life is so much more than that ✨💫 I am forever grateful to whatever forces made that time of my life happen, it was incredibly fun and glamorous 🙏🏽💕 🙌🏼

Healthy Living Update: It’s been a while since I’ve posted one of these, mainly because failures & setbacks are not things we like to talk about. A few years ago, I started on this journey of healthy living. After losing 180lbs and then intentionally putting on 12lbs of muscle, I felt good at 190lbs. Things were going good.
Then about 18months ago, I started having ankle issues that limited and then eventually stopped, my running. I struggled to adjust to eating without running all the miles and quickly, I was living life at 230lbs and people were telling me to get my fat guy clothes out again (literal words from a guy🙄).
Over the last 14 months, I have struggled to figure it all out, but today I hit a milestone (again).
I’m not where I want to be yet, and honestly, I’m not completely sure what I want yet, but I’m making progress. The weight is coming off, the muscle is building back, and I’m finding joy in different types of workouts. I’m still attempting to run some (slowly) but I’m swimming more & doing some cycling.
This is all a journey. There’s ups & downs, victories & failures, setbacks & comebacks.
But isn’t that life? It’s all a journey. We just have to keep pushing thru.
