Breakfast bowls are just my thing now. They’re full of fuel to get me through til lunch. I make breakfast before Jack gets up and I don’t typically eat again until he goes down for a nap in the middle of the day. Plus, these bowls are filled with great nutrition - fiber, healthy fats, protein, vitamin a + c, iron, calcium, you name it. And bonus, I don’t feel weighed down. This bowl has scrambled egg whites cooked in olive oil (I know you were thinking they were mashed potatoes), spicy kimchi, sautéed spinach + arugula, greek yogurt, pan roasted baby tomatoes, hemp seeds, + toasted black sesame seeds (my newest love).
Åt det här härom kvällen och det var så gott! 😋 kan verkligen tipsa om denna rätt om du vill laga något snabbt, enkelt och nyttigt! 🥒
I min noodle bowl hade jag:
Toppa med sesamfrön och soja
It’s all in the toppings!! And a reminder that I need to bring cacao nibs (a natural mood booster) back into my life. Getting the most out of our last morning (quick treadmill session + healthy breakfast + 1 hour on the beach) and then it’s homeward bound!
Grateful every day for pasta 🙌🏼😂 love whipping up a simple dairy-free sauce like this one - literally just 2 cans of tomatoes, garlic, onions, herbs, spinach and whatever other veggies and herbs I had lying around! Toooo easy 👌🏽
One of the first things I ever made from scratch was BBQ Sauce. I made is over 5 years ago and I've never bought a bottle of BBQ sauce since. This is so easy to make! Pour it over chicken, use it to make pulled pork (or chicken), top burgers with it, drizzle it over fries, the possibilities are endless!

This is how I Eat A Bagel 😋😮😋
#ToastTuesday Done RIGHT🙌🏻
I have a confession I use to eat Bagels A LOT back in College even the thin low cal ones 🙊🙊Those days are loooong gone. Traditional Bagels for me are a little to heavy and kinda make me feel not so great afterwards.
NOT Anymore because these @foxhillkitchens Everything BAGELS are light, AIRY, naturally LOW CARB, PALEO, Very Nutrient DENSE and tasty AF.
Topped one 1/2 with @wholefoods Guac, 🥒, Smoked Salmon and Local Kraut 😋
Other 1/2 topped with @wholefoodsatl GUAC, Local Spinach @ragandfrassfarm and the BEST @risenshineorganicfarm Eggs 🍳 in town and a sprinkle of @traderjoes Everything Seasoning 😋
What’s your Favorite Bagel Toppings?!?
Chocolate Cauliflower Smoothie Bowl! 🍫🥄This is my favourite bowl at the moment. I could seriously eat it everyday if I allowed myself to 😋 But I try to rotate my foods every 3 days so that I don’t develop any more food intolerances. If you were to look in my freezer (aka the smoothie hub) you would see a ton of frozen berries, a bag of frozen bananas, and various bags of steamed then frozen vegetables. 🍌🍓🥑🥒 My favourites for smoothie bowls are cauliflower, zucchini and beets! Recipe can be found on my blog 👉🏼 link in bio 💋 xx
sometimes ya gotta just buy the overpriced out-of-season berries and make yourself a nice sit-down breakfast, amirite ? 😍 loving this strawberry version of my favorite 3ish ingredient blender pancakes: blend together 1 banana + 2 eggs & 1 egg white + 1/4 cup rolled oats, then add 1 tsp chia seeds + 1/4 cup chopped fresh strawberries + dashes of cinnamon & vanilla and let sit in the fridge for at least 15 mins. griddle over medium heat with coconut oil + top with more fresh strawberries & maple syrup + enjoy 🍓🥞✨ a very springy breakfast for a very un-springlike day 🤷🏻♀️ #strawberrypancakes#springequinox#whatalieats
