TOSTADITAS DE CARNE DESHEBRADA •250grs pulpa de res (la ponen a cocer con un poco de sal, 2 hojitas de laurel🍃 y media cebolla y la van a deshebrar) •1/2 tomate picado🍅
•1/2 cebolla
•1/2 zanahoria rallada
•1 ajo picado
•3/4 tz de salsa de tomate natural
•sal y pimienta al gusto •en un sartén colocan un chorrito de aceite de aguacate y colocan el ajo, cebolla y tomate, 3 minutos después la zanahoria y la carne, la condimentan y agregan la salsa de tomate y cocinan por aproximadamente 8 minutos
•sirven con galletas salmas, aguacate y salsa .

So a quick snapshot of my food for the last few days (minus a few dinners cause I have certainly been lab taking photos). Definitely a mix, my healthy highlights have definitely been the vegetarian sushi box and the cheese and grapes platter shared with @bubblesmgee and Mumma Margie. Not sure on calories for each meal but I have endeavoured to control portions as much as possible. Going back to normal tomorrow :)

Today marks 31 days of my changed eating habits and commitment to working out 45-60 minutes a day! I’ve lost 13 lbs and i have to say i have my energy is back and i feel so much more refreshed! ✅ An understanding of the "Why" behind nutrition and teaches you the important roles of your Macronutrients (Protein, Carbs, Fats) in your overall health.
❌ Not just a calorie goal that neglects the importance of our Macronutrients.

✅ A diet that allows ALL Foods and is more focused on the hitting of our overall nutritional needs.
❌ It is not a way to fit in as much Pop Tarts, Cookies, Ice Cream, etc....

✅ A diet that allows ALL meats, fruits, vegetables, dairy, grains, nuts and legumes (beans) or any other food source.
❌ Not a diet that demonizes any food groups.

Pastas integrales con espinaca, tomate y camarones!
Ingredientes
80 gramos de fideos integrales
50 gramos de langostinos 
30 gramos de espinaca congelada
2 tomates cherry
Procedimiento 
1-Cocinar los fideos en un recipiente con agua.
2-Aprte cortar la espinaca bien chiquita, y colcarlas en una sartén junto con los camarones y un poco de aceite de oliva.
3-Una vez listos los fideos, colocar la espinaca y los camarones y cortar los tomates.
No saben que ricos quedaron!!!!
Además que este plato es súper completo, no saben la saciedad que te da, prueben estos fideos, los conocen????
