Another daily round-up. Today was the first time I've made it to group in three weeks (3 missed weigh ins) so I've accepted a 6.5lb gain but on a plus today also marks 3months tobacco free woohoo!! Today started with a fab 6am gym session which means I needed a packed lunch and breakfast as I have to go straight to work from the gym and shower and eat there.
B - smoked salmon mini muffins with spinach and baby plum tomatoes and a dollop of Arla Tomato and Basil quark
L - butternut squash and lentil soup, chicken to dip, cottage cheese and crudites
Two hifis after group as even though I couldn't stay to group I had stuff to do meaning a delayed tea
T - SW Chinese banquet rice with crispy kale
Pudding - speedy fruit and 6syns of @nutribombz
No HexA as cheese didn't go with tea and I'm not going to eat some now just cause I can.
Unpictured - an easy peeler and a pear at work plus I couldn't resist one choccie hobnob (4.5Syns). Must dust off my willpower at work as I've been lax this week but the crazy hours coming up will mean everyone will be bringing treats in to keep the spirits up and I want to lose not gain weight!
This morning on my instagram story I spoke about how to stay healthy and motivated while on vacation. Exercise for me personally is not a chore but rather a necessary for me to feel healthy and happy.
I don’t deprive myself but rather eat everything in moderation while on holidays. Life is too short to restrict from foods I love. I like to start my mornings with a really healthy breakfast usually eggs, smoothies, oatmeal or a Greek yogurt bowl as shown above with healthy fats which include nuts, seeds and chia. Other days, I eat my mother in laws #kenefe which I would never say no to 🤤 while here in Cabo. Key note: MODERATION. NOT DEPRIVATION 💪🏼
I try to get regular exercise for my mind and body to feel good and I take regular supplements like probiotics, enzymes for optimal digestion and magnesium.
