➡️Cebule i marchewkę kroimy, a następnie podsmażamy na odrobinie oliwy. Łączymy z ugotowaną jaglanką. Z papryki wydrążamy środek i nadziewamy jaglanką z warzywami. Na wierzch położyłam plasterek sera. Piecz 180st ok. 20min. Smacznego☺️

Quick as healthy meal/early dinner for me before I go to work. Rice with chilli lime and ginger flavored tuna and spring onions. Also put some light mayo on before I ate it. #healthlydinner#tuna#rice#healthyeating
When I was a kid my mom used to make us leave the kitchen when the microwave was on. I always thought she was crazy until I started doing my own research and found out that the heat rays in a microwave are literally radiating the food and the consequences aren’t pretty⚡️
The cost of quickly heating up your food comes with a decrease in the nutritional content of the food AND creates cancer causing free radicals to form from minerals in your food. People who eat microwaved food have an increase in the percent of cancer cells circulating in their blood. Yikes! The microwave may be oh so convenient but ask yourself, is it really worth the increased cancer risk and decrease of nutrients in your food?
Want to see this in action for yourself? Fill up two vases with water, one with microwaved (then cooled) water and the other with regular water. Stick a flower in each vase and watch it over the next week. You’ll be fascinated to see the flower in regular water flourish while the flower in the microwaved water quickly wilt.
We can’t all be perfect but we can try to make slow transitions to a healthier lifestyle. Next time you are heating something up take a few extra minutes to make hot water in the kettle or to heat your food in the oven or on the stove - your body will thank you for it and frankly it just tastes better 🤗
