Snack time!!! Oven baked Kumara fries with oil free hummus 😁🙌 lots of hidden calories in processed oils so we try not to over do it, we prefer to get our fats from mainly while food sources (nuts, avocados etc) I think it’s crazy how our body can run on multiple fuel sources. I ate strictly keto (fat-based diet) for 4-5 months early last year and lost a lot of weight and felt great. Now I eat carbs as my primary fuel source and am still getting leaner and feeling fantastic. Find what feels good (although I think plant-based is the way to go 😁 for health, the planet and the animals) 🌱🌱🌱
Arrived in Hobart today ⛵️So there will be lack of food posts for a while! Here's a healthy banana split I made. 1. Cut a banana in half and sprinkle coconut sugar over it. 2. Cook in pan on medium heat for a few minutes. 3. Fill with nice cream of your choice. I used 2 frozen bananas, a tsp peanut butter, 1tsp coconut and 1 tbsp cocoa. Place in food processor and blend. Top of its berries, seeds and nuts.

I can’t believe how many people are still consuming this garbage with so many nutmilks and other alternatives available. What is your favorite milk alternative? I like cashew and coconut! I love that nutmilks aren’t acidic like cows milk and doesn’t leech calcium from your bones!
Taking some time tonight to read more of How Not to Die by @nutrition_facts_org, and of course the cookbook as well. 🌱 I don’t care for going out much, so this is as eventful as my St. Patty’s Day will be. 😅
