REFEED DAY!!!! 😋😋
Not to be mistaken with “cheat day.” 🙃Instead of 3 “yellows” and “purples” in my meal plan today, I get 5! And the yellows, which are carbs, get to be “dirty.” Meaning I can have white bread, white pasta, pretzels, some Fixate desserts (that I didn’t feel like making), vanilla wafers, and much more! 😊
This program is not about starving yourself. It’s about FUELING your body. That’s the whole premise behind refeed day in the first place.. it’s too help restore the glycogen stores that have been depleted over the last 6 weeks. Everything has been laid out for me, telling me how to eat and when so there’s literally no guessing. It’s truly a fool-proof program. >>
