Breakfast bakewell pudding! I toasted ground almonds, flakes almonds, oats and coconut and layered this with raspberries and a yoghurt/kefir mixture.

Hearty little GF raisin nut breakfast cookies on today’s menu. Let’s hope they last through the weekend!

2 bananas (mashed)
1/4 cup nut butter
1 cup coconut flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup flax seed
1 handful raisins
1 handful pumpkin seeds
1 handful chopped pecans
1 handful dark choc chips - Mix together eggs, nut butter, and bananas
- Add in remaining ingredients
- Scoop onto baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 180 Celsius - Allow to cool and enjoy 😊
