So today I tried the matcha latte🍵 It’s been all over social media lately so I just had to try it AND it’s supposed to be super good for the body🤷♀️
But to be honest it tastes like shit!💩🤢😂 - At least the one I got or maybe there’s just something wrong with my taste buds..🤔
I definitely do not understand the hype about this😅
The guy at Starbucks was so nice and let me change it to a normal delicious Café latte!☺️

Thank you Moroccan people for being more and more interested in yoga, wellness, health care and spirituality. These are the first steps to consciousness and mindfulness, therefore to LOVE, which is the ultimate answer, the only way to preserve our planet and ourselves.
Yoga isn't just a discipline, it's a way of life, a lifestyle that awakens you, improves everything within you and around you, change your life for better. That's why I love to call it #blissipline . Love yourself, do yoga.

FOCUS// There is a time and place for everything
It is easy to compare yourself with others or even with your past self and focus on the things that others can do better or that you could do at some point and can’t anymore.
Often we are way to quick in judging ourself negatively. We forget the areas we progressed in, we forget that other people do have different struggles and we forget that often our priorities have just changed.
I often find myself in this mindset myself and now know how to address it. To give an example.. lets take my handstand. There was a point where I felt much more in control on my hands, where I really was deep down the OAHS training and this took up a big portion of my time.
Now I still train it, but my focus has shifted, I deeply engaged in different disciplines and now train handstand only about two times a week. While strength wise it has been great and I am making good progress, balance wise I feel like I have regressed a lot when comparing myself to my level one year ago.
This is definitely not easy for me to handle, but I am quite happy with the choices I made that led me to where I am now, so this is just a necessary sacrifice.
Now I am on my way to get back this kind of control, the chapter OAHS is definitely not over for me, just have to find my way to get there!
The question is how much are you willing to invest in the thing you are after. Adjust your expectations to your investment so you won’t be disappointed.
If you are training handstand once a week progress goes accordingly.
At the moment I am definitely inspired by my buddies @filipdroszcz and @wbrown7
I would say at one point I was ahead of them in the OAHS journey, they kept at it and definitely are way ahead atm! Not that it is about that but, you guys are awesome and inspiring, keep going and I will keep up ;)
On that note I will do my handstand training now!
