I did this spicy little number last week with my gal pal, bff @roseyandfit. 🌶💪🏼👯♀️
There are ✌🏼 ways you can approach this workout. ☝🏼: If you’re only doing 2 rounds, make it a sprint (anaerobic)! Do as many reps as fast as you can.
Don’t worry, you still get 1 minute rest. 😅
✌🏼: If you’re wanting to do a longer more breathable (aerobic) workout extend it to 3 Rounds and move through it at your own pace. Picking a good tempo at the beginning will help you get through all 3 rounds without feeling like you’re gonna die. 😆
Last, and most important tip!
🎉HAVE 🎉 FUN 🎉
There’s a new set of vegan offerings in #haddonfield from @leafeatery, including a coconut BLT, a kale Caesar with crispy chickpeas, and buffalo cauliflower. Link in bio for the full @courierpost review. (All 📸 by @chrislachall)
I finally finished my Facebook page. Facebook has always been my favorite social media platform. I loved connecting with old friends thru it. My daughter who is younger and more tech savvy told me Instagram is where it’s at so I jumped on here too but still love Facebook. If you are on there, please give me a follow so I can follow you back on there❤️. #crushedbeansknits
Tape is coming out. Shirts are coming off.
Yep, you guessed it. The #crossfitopen is upon us.
If you’re new to #crossfit , #theopen is perhaps the “biggest sporting #competition on Earth”, according to #cnn . This Thursday (Feb. 22) kicks off the first of a 5-week #fitness competition. #workouts are released every Thursday, and you have 4 days to complete that week’s workout. Enter scores online and see how you stack up nationally.
This may seem a tad intimidating. At #crossfithygge , it’s all about having fun! You don’t have to officially sign up online (but if you want to, go for it.) In the spirit of “keeping it in the fam”, we’re going to swap Saturday’s normally scheduled programming for the Open workout. All movements can be scaled. It’s basically like a Funday Saturday! If you’re on the fence, talk to a coach or your #gym BFF. It’s a good time. We promise.
And if you’re an old pro at this, you know the drill.
Let the games begin!
