They become defined, and start to take shape into a vision for what is to come.

Getting Too Detailed
At first glance this seems odd, right? You want to create a system that gives clear instruction for the individual trying to complete it, but you need to avoid having a 3 page checklist for a simple system that should only require a few steps.
When you hire the right people and train them on the implementing your fitness business systems the amount of detail required is minimal. Remember, you get 80% of your desired result from 20% of the activities. Instead of trying to figure out every single detail about how an administrative assistant should reply to a customer and scripting it out, train them on the outcome you want and key steps to get to that outcome and let them work their magic.

I hear from time to time people are not achieving their ideal fitness goals. In this case then you need to reassess the following ⚫️ are you performing 100% correct movement to each exercise?
⚫️ are you still lifting that same weight you lifted 6 months ago?
⚫️ are you really giving it 100%
⚫️ are you sticking to your eating plan?
⚫️ are you having more then 1 rest day a week?
These are some factors to look at even though you may think your giving it all. At the age of 46 being into fitness all my life I still receive coaching to correct and perfect my techniques. I want to get the full benefits from my workouts and is why I achieve my fitness goals.
