🔥Deficit 🤹♂️Consistency 👌Simplicity
1. You must be in a calorie deficit. I don’t care if it’s low fat diet, Lo Carb diet, High protein Diet etc 🤷♂️ I’ve done a lot of studying instead of posting lately and one thing I’m sure of with the research I’ve done on diets is this 👉 If your not in a caloric deficit your not dropping fat.
2. Consistency is key. You can do a Keto diet for a few weeks or months and you’ll loose fat. But if you can’t stick with it, you better find something that allows you to consistently stay in that deficit to keep loosing weight and when you’re finally done loosing weight you better have a plan to stay there 🙆♂️. That means you need something you can stay consistent with.
3. The plan should be simple, The more complex stuff you put in the harder it is to follow. You don’t need to do weird eating patterns like 7 small meals a day everyday.
