Post #bodypump105 new release silliness with a couple of my faves. I probably sound like a broken record / giant stalker by this stage with how much I gush over these women but who the heck cares. They know I love them 😻😻😻 Seeing these faces truly brightens up any shit day I have and taking their classes are the highlights of my weeks. They push me (physically and emotionally) further than I ever thought possible so am forever grateful for the changes I have been able to achieve with their encouragement.
I've not had a great number of close female friends (I think mostly because they find me intimidating - I like to say 'honest' but potato potato), but since meeting these ladies, I can confidently say my world is better for knowing them.
P.S. Rach can you please wear your cap to pump every day? Also, Soph please calm down with the innuendo during class - one day I will drop a bar or plate on my head.

💥💥 PROGRESS PHOTOS 💥💥 Jess started my classes on the 2/9/17 - 6 weeks post-partum from her second son.
We started off slowly, with Jess attending, 2/3 classes per week for a few weeks, allowing her body to get use to new movements & returning to exercise safely postpartum.
Around the week 4 mark, Jess felt comfortable within herself and started attending around 5 sessions per week.
Jess is well on her way to achieving her ideal results, where she feels most comfortable within her body. Jess loves that she fits into her pre-baby clothes again, has more core strength and feels so much stronger within her body as a mother.
This is alll within 6 months!!! 💜
