Pulled 310kg/683lbs on Saturday. Not what I was looking for but can't be mad at it under the conditions. Was getting light headed on the warm ups leading up to this so I was having trouble bracing properly. A lot progress has been made and still much work left to be done.

This got me thinking about three types of people ... negative people see the glass half empty; positive people see the glass half full & cynical people wonder who the hell drank the other half of their glass. While I am the most naturally cynical person I know, I accept it and continue to do the work. Being a victim or martyr doesn't get you anywhere. Top set of 2 with 135kg/298lbs (45lb bar 😏) at RPE 7 weighing 164lbs. Really happy with this because I planned to hit a triple with 282lbs and a double at 293lbs both at RPE 7. Both moved at RPE 6 though, so with encouragement from @maseayjr I bumped it up a little for this true top set. I also did way more warm up sets than usual, and it honestly made all the difference. This is why you get a competent coach and listen to him.
Everything you ever wanted is on the other side of fear. Be brave, reach beyond your comfort zone and create what you have not created before. Dare to bring your mind and business beyond what you thought was possible. Markets that already exist are crowded, beyond and into the creative spectrum is where your company with thrive.

220kg/485lbs for my top set of 2 at RPE 7-7.5. Let it bounce too much on the way down on the first rep which threw me off a bit, but still moved well for a rep PR. Still have 15 weeks to only improve. Thanks to @akunne_matata and @che_lucas for the hype. Always a lit session at @progressiveoverloaddallas
