My day in #food . Early starts with sessions at the @thealtitudecentre have meant I eat breakfast at work & am hungrier than usual. I had @energybits when I woke up, @luchodillitos just before my HIIT class (to prevent #bonking ), & #greekyougurt & granola on the tube before 8 am. Snacks at my desk: rice cakes & #dietcoke , @nutreelife protein bar, and mini #colinthecaterpillar . Lunch: 2 sausages & pasta. Snack while I waited for husband to come home: cheese and crackers. Dinner: #pancakesandbooze (wine). 🥞
I reached out to @shannonsnutrition today as I need someone to hold me accountable for my eating. In April, I will be in a #bathingsuit#swimmingcostume & don't want to feel self conscious. In the meantime, I am packing as much food as I can for work and making smart(er) choices. How much food do you typically eat in a day?

1 cup almond flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 x eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup water or sparkling water
Blend all ingredients add to a non stick pan,
Once golden brown flip on other side.
Cook your peaches and blueberries in a hot pan with maple syrup.
