About last night - the morning started with me having absolutely no idea of what I was going to prepare for dinner. All I knew is that I could not be bothered going to the shops and buying anything so scrounging around in the fridge I came up with the idea of Nasi Goreng, and let me tell you it was a success!
Sweet chili and Tamari flavoured quinoa packed with carrots, corn, peas, bok choy and eschalots topped with a fried egg. Not only did this take less than 30mins to prepare but it was also extremely budget friendly 😃
Нут тушеный с овощами.
▫️Нут 200 гр;
▪️Морковь 100 гр;
▫️Тыква 200 гр;
▪️Томатная паста 150 гр;
▫️Соль по вкусу.
Нут замачиваем в тёплой воде на 30 минут. Тыкву и морковь очищаем и нарезаем небольшими кубиками. Нут отвариваем, добавляем к нему овощи, соль по вкусу, заливаем водой и тушим минут 20 на среднем огне. Добавляем томатную пасту, воды 100-150 мл и перемешиваем. Тушим минут 10. Приятного аппетита.

This hotpot thing was very fun but not enough for 8 people (it’s meant for 4 I think?? Or 1 of me???). This one comes with strawberry, banana, mango, and chocolate. TBH though I think the regular Bingsus are better but who doesn’t love the idea of a giant Bingsu 👀
