Non scale victory today! I put on my work pants and they were so loose! I need a couple of more pounds to get into the teens!! I have not been in the teens for about 7 years. Growing up I never struggled with my weight. I was a walking stick. In my 20s I was also very thin but then I hit my 30s and got married and started having kids and I turned into a mombod. My kids were talking today about when I was skinny and I’m like I’ve been overweight their whole lives! I have one that is 10 and twins that are 8...so go figure. They have seen pictures of when I was younger and so thin and how happy I looked. The pictures I see of myself now, I just look miserable. I want my old body back, the body that made me want to get out of bed, so my hair, put on nice clothes, and feel good about putting on makeup. These days I look like I am at home with no career and no ambition in life. Which is contrary to what I have...I will be finishing my masters degree in December and I hope to God that I will be down the 50 pounds that I set as my goal on January 16, 2018....I have to keep on every day and avoid temptation and remind myself of where I am going and where I came from.
Sometimes it's fun to take a good ol' washing machine like monkey frog and swap a couple of transitions with a pop. Pops can easily be used as a short cut to replace one, two, or even three transitions. Sometime really tricky transitions can be made much easier with a pop. Also pops can be used to save a move if the flyer is coming in fast and you need time and space. Example is vache tic tocs. If the flyer is diving to straddle bat hot, I'll prob do a little pop against the vector of motion to slow it down and avoid them flying of my feet because they didn't give me time to catch them.
