What's in my pantry : Flaxseed. ✨Our body doesn't naturally produce Omega 3, so we have to get this fatty acid from food to balance normal blood cholesterol levels, maintain muscle mass and bones, and help send oxygen throughout our bodies. Son rapidísimas de hacer y quedan RIQUÍSIMAAAAASSSSS 💟 👦🌿👧 NECESITAMOS;
👉250gr Harina de trigo Sarraceno
👉75gr Azúcar de coco
👉1 tsp bicarbonato
👉2 tsp jengibre fresco rallado
👉1/2 tsp sal
👉1 tsp canela molida
👉Pizca de clavo molido
👉Pizca de extracto de vainilla
👉50gr aceite de oliva 👉50gr leche de avena
👉50gr sirope de agave
MANOS A LA MASA!! 🙌
👉En un bol mezclamos los ingredientes secos (Harina, bicarbonato, azúcar, sal, y especias)
👉En otro bol mezclamos los ingredientes líquidos (aceite, leche, sirope, vainilla y jengibre)
👉Mezclamos ingredientes secos con los líquidos en un mismo bol hasta obtener una masa uniforme y compacta que sea ligeramente pegajosa pero que no se nos quede pegada en los dedos. Podemos ir añadiendo harina si vemos que queda muy pegajosa y que no se nos despega de las manos. Ó añadir más leche si vemos que se queda demasiado seca. 👉Envolvemos la masa en un papel film y dejamos reposar en la nevera 1hora (si tenéis prisa con dejarla 30 min es suficiente)
👉Una vez la masa lista, retiramos el papel film y estiramos la masa con un rodillo (espolvoreamos un poco de harina en la mesa o tabla dónde vayamos ha trabajar con las galletas). Dejamos un grosor de aprox. medio cm. Con ayuda de los moldes de las galletas (podéis usar los que queráis) hacemos las galletas y las ponemos encima de papel de hornear en la bandeja del horno (precalentado a una temperatura de 170°C durante 8-10 min.
👉No dejarlas más de 10 min! Estarán enseguida hechas, debéis sacarlas cuando aún estén un poco blanditas ya que cuando se enfrían se endurecen. 👉Dejar que se enfríen y a DISFRUTAR!!! ⛄👦🌿👧⛄ 🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄.OS DESEAMOS FELIZ DÍA DE NAVIDAD A TODOS 🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄

Eventhough, I was running around like crazy during the Eastwood leg or disappearing for a much needed break, and I was only able to join the Lucky Chinatown Walk event for short periods of time, I was able to score some really amazing stuff from our merchants.
