I got inspired by @negin_mirsalehi and her instagram story posts about baked oatmeal 👌😍 INGREDIENTS
10g Chai Seeds.
Maple Syrup to taste.
Handful of frozen berries ( I used Raspberries, Blackberries & Blueberries) 😘👌
1 Banana - half put into the oats and the rest put onto for that instagram looking oatmeal 😂 although they sank it and it looked like mush anyway!! BAKE for 30-45mins until cooked.

Wholesome, heartsome, gluten...none
I’ve been excited to check out @wholesomebakery at their new location on Divisadero. It’s a cute little spot that has room for growth and I’m curious to see how they continue to expand and develop their menu. I got two things for future breakfasts: spiced chai loaf and blueberry cinnamon loaf. I found the spiced chai to have a nice, intense flavor but it was very dry and sticks to your mouth as you consume it. I’ll be honest, it won’t be the first thing I order when I go back. I enjoyed the blueberry cinnamon loaf more, which balanced the blueberry and cinnamon tastes well. It was moist but still sticks to your mouth, which I guess is the nature of many gluten-free baked goods. I wish there were more muffins or breads to balance the sweet and savory options they currently have. While a fun adventure, I think I’ll stick with my gluten. Although, I’ll check back in every so often to see how they continue to grow their repertoire of goodies and wish them lots of success!
