By training them you making your overall shoulder healthier and making a solid base for deltoids. It is possible to develop pain from weakness to the rotator cuff muscles as the muscles become overworked in the presence of weakness. Simple everyday tasks can become constant source of pain. By neglecting Rotator cuff muscles you risk developing pain in the shoulder by losing the control and stability of the shoulder and cause disruption of training programme. Most rotator cuff repairs take approximately six months of rehabilitation to regain motion, shoulder strength and motion.

This was so flavourful 😋, the prawns were nice and moist, the beancurds soaked up all the flavour of the broth and the Chinese leaves had the right balance between crunchy and tender. The broth hit the spot being light, with a nice salty seafood flavour.
