On Sundays, we rest. We usually do a stretching video, but Scott had hockey and I mean prepped for about 3 hours, lol.
I used to hate rest days because I felt like I was lazy, but with this program it's super important for us to get the right amount of food, sleep and rest so we can be right back at it tomorrow morning.

Work with what you’ve got 🖤 for a long time I wanted my body to be a lot of things that it’s not, and it worked against me..nothing was ever good enough. I gave up on it and it was a downhill spiral. Stopped training..stopped eating right, stopped caring. It got to the point that I actually cringed going out with the girls or doing anything, the idea of trying to find an outfit that I felt good in was such a mission..confidence completely deflated. I remember the day I made the conscious decision to make a change, and I did..I never looked back 🙏🏽 Make a plan, set your goals and make it happen. If you aren’t happy where you are, do something about it..Your body will reward you if you work with it✖️
I worked out today!!! Not the first time because you know PT but I did a workout routine (w/ supersets and everything). It was almost like that fire for fitness was coming back 💪🏾
Because of my inactivity and injury for so long, quite a few of my muscles atrophied. One happened to be both glutes 😭 This is suchhhh a key muscle, so in the spirit of taking it slow, here's a look at the glute kickbacks I did. Also keep swiping to see my "routine." #modifyalldayeveryday
