Transformation Monday?🤔😏
Right pic is me now💪🏽
Black is me before🙁

My weight is almost the same in both the photos 52KGS. 
But there is a massive difference bw these two photos! ▪️they are 6 months apart. ▪️In the before pic the one in black, I was unhappy with my body. I was lifting light weights more into hiit workouts basically I just wanted to get lean that was my only goal. I didn’t really think about gaining any muscle! ▪️I was in calorie deficit, eating about 1200calories a day sometimes even less😳 hardly touched any carbs. Always ate boring tasteless food😶

The first is my current body shape! I am in a calorie surplus more than double I used to eat before.... I eat a lot of carbs whatever fits my macros! I enjoy food and my food isn’t boring at all😁 
I cheat every now and then and never feel guilty about it because I know I’ll go to the gym and lift heavier and make some gainzzzz💪🏽🍑 I have developed such a great relationship with Food and I always appreciate my body and every little progress I have made! 🙏🏽😍 this is just the beginning of my fitness journey... watch me grow😛

I’ve always struggled with finding balance, despite my conscious efforts. I am evolving, learning, improving and challenged everyday. Working on my fat burning at the moment is not the easiest thing as even a slight calorie deficit of even 50 cals seems to alert my stomach that I’m starving to death 😂. Upping the cardio this week to try and create a deficit that way and trick my brain into fat loss! I’ll let you know how it goes... 🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️

Hola my dears✨ -

So for the last few days my anxiety has been sooo high to the point where I haven’t even been able to make it to the gym even though that has been my safe place for months now😔 There’s nothing even that I can say caused my anxiety in particular, it’s just been something that piled on all of a sudden and that in itself can make it worse because you have nothing to pin it on🤷🏼‍♀️ Tonight however I managed to pull myself together and get to the gym and smashed a full body workout and honestly I feel so much better for it✨

So here’s a little vid of me doing a decline barbell chest press🖤 just after this I managed to up the weight by 5kg to 20kg which in itself doesn’t seem like much but for me my upper body strength has always been lacking and I only really started properly training upper body in January so 💁🏼 I also reached a PB while squatting with a smith machine so proud moments all round tonight!🙌🏼 -

Remember my dears that anxiety, depression and all other forms of mental health are absolutely nothing to be ashamed of! So many of us go through things and it’s important to remember you aren’t alone! Always talk to people about how you’re feeling, wether that be a friend, a family member or a professional! Never keep things bottled up 🖤

I believe that rest days are so important for a healthy mind and body. It’s good to let your body recharge and have a break from all the training you put it through most days! Personally, I have 2 rest days a week and I find that it fits perfectly around my schedule! So don’t beat yourself up if you can’t get to the gym 7x a week, you’ll most certainly see progress if you go 3/4x a week, as long as you are consistent!! •

Quick gym session this morning before Kieran’s family arrived in Didcot. This is what my Fitbit recorded - I did a mix of time on the cross trainer and a fast uphill walk - my knee has really been hurting since I did the 5k run on Tuesday so I’m trying to give it a rest but stay active at the same time 😩 after this I did 3 sets of 25 sit ups 🙌🏼

10 high intensity exercises 30 seconds per exercise one after another for 3 sets then some skipping(because it's fun) 
And then 25 minutes on the stair master 😈 
Fitness has improved so much from the weight training that cardio has become nearly enjoyable😂😂

How are you all??? The last few days I’ve been hella busy with planning essays for uni, fun times I know🙄😂 but it has to be done and uni must always take priority✨ -

Thought I’d give you a little update on my journey so far this year✨ So throughout January and most of Feb I have been bulking to grow muscles and strength and I can honestly say that I’m seeing the results🏋🏼‍♀️ it’s been a little hard at times because obviously I’ve been putting on weight and the idea of this is something that I’ve seriously struggled with in the past! But I know it’s something that needed to be done in order for me to reach my end goals✨

From next week however I’m going to be starting my cut in order to be lean in time for my birthday and then maintain my body throughout summer☀️ This means that I’m going to be going into a calorie deficit to lose a little body fat % and fingers crossed see my abs again🤷🏼‍♀️😂 -

The last few days I’ve been hella busy with planning essays for uni, fun times I know🙄😂 but it has to be done and uni must always take priority✨ - Thought I’d give you a little update on my journey so far this year✨ So throughout January and most of Feb I have been bulking to grow muscles and strength and I can honestly say that I’m seeing the results🏋🏼‍♀️ it’s been a little hard at times because obviously I’ve been putting on weight and the idea of this is something that I’ve seriously struggled with in the past! But I know it’s something that needed to be done in order for me to reach my end goals✨ From next week however I’m going to be starting my cut in order to be lean in time for my birthday and then maintain my body throughout summer☀️ This means that I’m going to be going into a calorie deficit to lose a little body fat % and fingers crossed see my abs again🤷🏼‍♀️😂 - I’ll be sure to keep you posted along the way my dears✨ I hope you’re all having an amazing weekend💋

kalorienzählen hat sich die letzten 2 Wochen schonmal ausgezahlt. 😊 ich habe nicht 5 kg  in 2 Wochen abgenommen, aber 2 kg. ich bin trotz extrem viel Sport immer mit meinem Gewicht an einer Stelle festgehangen, was mich auf Dauer echt genervt hat. Durch das Kalorienzählen tut sich jetzt endlich wieder was. 😁 so kann das weiter gehen. 💪 unsere waage ist mit WLAN und #fitbit

⛅️⛅️The sun has come out for the first time in ages. These blue sky brisk spring mornings are my favourite thing. 
Today’s workout was a particularly sweaty one courtesy of the incredible #GraceFitGuide... ▪️ 20 mins of incline walking
▪️ 10 mins of sprinting (20 secs on // 40 secs off)
▪️Abs 3 sets
➖30 secs plank
➖30 secs side planks
➖10 ab roll outs 
Oh and then I decided to do some skipping. I’m hiding my face in the picture because I currently resemble a lobster 🦐 but hey I’d rather increase my cardio than decrease my calories too much during this slow cut. What are you up to this Saturday?
